Fact here is that a group of 12-year-old kids in Muzzafarpur district of Bihar have mastered the technique of making remote-controlled toy bombs and they are not just playing with them but testing and producing them at a chillingly soaring pace and even monetarily they are not lagging behind as they have the backing of pocket money.

I Know that this sounds far-fetched but if the same will keep going on with no rules and regulations on them at all soon India will be biggest bomb manufacturer in world with babies born with bomb in a hand.
