Dehradun, a new addition in list of cities almost after every crossroad, shows signs pronouncing the new vogue of sky touching buildings. The whole look is changing with high rise apartments specking the scenery of Dehradun.



More and more people are shifting to Dehradun, especially the retired lot because of security and safety reasons.This drift is in progress since three years from now and has even pumped the property prices to almost double, but still all the apartments are fully sold.



Property agents here are very poised that this trend is going to continue for long.

Even the Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) is not at all apprehensive about these constructions.

There are a lot of checks on the builders and developers. Their design standards have to conform to Indian standards and our Indian standards are as refined as anywhere else in the world. On the structural safety account we don’t see any problem
