I think most of us know that Bihar is the poorest and most backward state in the country, be it in terms of percentage of people below poverty line, talk about the literacy rate, healthcare or rural development, Bihar’s objectionable position at the foot of the growth ladder remains uncontested. There is no competitor of this state until now.



Whether the condition of the state improves or not, but the Ministers here are all set to renovate their old Ministerial outlook – yes, they have shed away their old ministerial symbol cars-‘Ambassadors’ and are ready with Tata Indigo’s and Scorpio’s. In fact, the whole Ministerial Band of 26 is ready with the improved looks.



Wow! what a progress! At least, Bihar is improving in some ways, huh?
