Various European Small and medium IT companies in India have been spotted to over commit, yes you have got me right, they have unnecessary habit to saying ‘Yes’, Which has ultimately given end results as missed deadlines, project failures etc

Taking your cue, I said ’no’ to everything my project manager asked me to do today. Believe me he was surprised, and more so pissed.

So now I have the feeling that they wouldn’t like if all of us started saying no :-)
