The resident doctors who participated in last month’s protests against the quota policy will not get any salary for the strike period of 17 days, the Union Health Minister, Dr Anbumani Ramadoss said today.

Of course, now the ball is in the government’s court, but think this: what if the ‘no work no pay’ policy was extended to all government employees?
