Normally, we relate to our parents when it comes about our physical appearance - as in to say that you have green eyes from your mother, and your black curly hair from your father. Nevertheless, the point is, where do we get our personality from? How is our life shaped and by whom?





Here study done by TIME magazine comes to our rescue. The Magazines says,

Your parents raised you. Your spouse lives with you. But it’s your brothers and sisters who really shaped you..........

So now onwards, one thing that is clear is that nature bestowed us with many inborn skills and persona; genetic tendencies transform them as we learn and mature. However, this is not the end of story, the vital end point now is where we learn all this from, yes from our brother or sister.



I think the point that still remains to be answered is that how much we are shaped by genes and how much by the environment as in bro’s and sis’s.
