As per Cesus 1931 which is the base of OBC reservation in India its a combine population of India+Pakistan+Bangaladesh. At the time of partision there was mass communal riot in Pakistan and Bangladesh. This riot kills so many OBC caste who are liiving in Pakistan+Bangaladesh which mentioned in the Mandal Commission. These OBC caste is nomore in this world due to mass killing in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Now questions are:

Is Pakistani and Bangladeshi OBC can claim of OBC benefits in India ?

Combine India share 52% percent of OBC populan tion then what is the population of OBC in INdia ?

So many OBC caste choose to live in Pakistan+Bangaladesh (all population of some OBC caste) then what is the significance to giving Pakistani+Bangaladeshi OBC caste reservation in INDIA as their nationality is now Pakistani+Bangaladeshi.

There are so many questions on the populations of OBC caste on yhe basis of 1931 census. As this Census have not any legal significance after the partitions of India. If we want to know the population of OBC we must take the data of post partition of India
